The problem of Herniated Disc or the Bulging Disc has largely been seen in most of the people. This is mainly due to Dislocation or the Worn-out of the Spinal cord. This mainly occurs when your Spinal Cord muscles which are used to absorb shock gets worn out either due to old age or due to some accidents which cause then to slip or bulge out resulting into Herniated Disc or Bulging Disc problem.
